If you’re looking to return or exchange your Zilker gear for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 90 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different size, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, visit our returns center and make sure to have your order number and original shipping zip code handy. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your gear when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
